Assembly conditions

- The workplace must be completely free of obstacles. If you are not at home on the agreed installation day, we will charge 500 for travel expenses per team of 2 people.

- Someone with expertise and who is authorized to make appointments must be present during installation.

- The material may not be further than 25 meters from the place where the work is taking place. All work carried out to get the material to the work place will be charged extra.

- If Screw foundations, concrete foundations or any form of foundation are delivered and installed, you as a customer are responsible for a click notification. If damage occurs in the ground to piping or electricity, ZOLA or partner is in no way liable.

- Patio tiles that have been removed for the installation of the uprights will not be replaced.

- ZOLA or Partner is not liable for damage to patio tiles if they are removed.

- Drainage takes place at the bottom of the post and above ground on the terrace, border or lawn.

- In the case of a ceramic hardening (ceramic tiles), no anchoring work can be carried out.

- Mounting on a flat and straight surface (filling the facade is optional); if the surface or facade is plumb/not level, the product warranty and installation warranty will be void.

- Lighting is delivered ready to plug in.

- ZOLA (Trade name ZOLA GROUP) is not liable for
any form of damage and consequential damage caused by wind, snow, anchoring, anchoring activities in the terrace, facade or elsewhere. You must check yourself whether the anchoring can take place at the places where you want to anchor.

- The facade must be free of roller shutters, sunshades, satellite dishes, surveillance cameras, etc. at the location where the veranda is to be mounted against the facade.

- Installers must have access to electricity.

- Your garden must have sufficient working space in connection with the
working with long lengths and being reachable.

- Doors and sun blinds are adjusted once and correctly
delivered. Due to the operation of the material, a door will also have to be adjusted afterwards. This is not part of the standard work. The customer is responsible for this.

- Should it happen that we are unexpectedly unable to meet our installation appointment on the agreed installation date, no goodwill arrangement applies. We will then take the following action:
contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new installation date
to schedule.

- Any unforeseen additional work that occurs during installation

occur, will be charged extra in consultation. ZOLA or partner
do not perform work for free.


- No guarantee is given on the applied foundation and no rights can be derived from foundation advice. You must perform a soil investigation yourself by a certified company and report back the advice.

- When the assembly is completely finished, we deliver the order together with you. We go through a number of important points and check the order for any damage. After delivery approval, you can no longer claim damages from ZOLA or partner and we are no longer responsible for this.

- Assembly damages or depreciation worth 10% will be charged to the customer. The calculation is made on assembly rate + material rate.

- Waste is not taken away by default. If you want ZOLA or partner to take the waste away for you, we will invoice these costs separately.
Warranty conditions installation

We offer a 1-year warranty on the entire assembly. Exclusions are damages that do not have a direct consequence with the assembly and/or product. Damages that occur after delivery are not covered by the warranty. Assembly materials are not covered by the warranty.

Exclusions from warranty
Call-out charges and labour costs are not covered by the warranty scheme.
Normally occurring color differences, discolorations and
unavoidable deformation of materials within
production tolerances.
General maintenance after installation.
Mounting material such as kit, silicone, polyurethane foam, screws, etc.
Leaks
Subsidence of ground, foundation or object.
In extreme weather conditions or downpours it can occur
that there is leakage on the inside of the roof. This is because the sewer cannot drain in time and the profiles can therefore fill up with water.
Problems caused by extreme weather conditions are under no circumstances covered by the warranty conditions.
General
Products and work performed must be checked carefully upon delivery. Additional service after delivery is not free of charge.
The structure and colour of natural materials may differ from the product shown in the showroom. These products may also discolour due to the influence of UV light during use.
Too many ordered goods can only be returned when they are undamaged and from stock of ZOLA or partner. ZOLA charges 20% administration costs on the amount to be returned.

- Condensation occurs regularly in polycarbonate sheets, which is a normal phenomenon. Because the polycarbonate sheets must be able to breathe, these sheets are taped with perforated tape on the gutter side. This can cause condensation to form in the sheets.

- A canopy is not an integrated extension to the house, so it is never 100% waterproof.

- If your product has suffered storm damage, please contact your insurance company.

- Should it happen that ZOLA cannot assemble the order on the agreed assembly date, then no goodwill arrangement applies. ZOLA will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a new assembly date.

- The delivery of your order will take place on the agreed working day between 07:00 and 22:00. One day before delivery you can contact us by phone to ask what place you have on the route. We cannot mention a specific time or part of the day due to weather and traffic.

- In most cases, you do not need a permit to place a patio cover. The customer must check for themselves whether a permit requirement applies.

- If the customer himself or through an external company makes changes to the object, the product warranty and assembly warranty will expire. Changes such as screwing, drilling, sawing, gluing, disassembling, moving, etc.

- Customer conditions are not accepted by ZOLA or partner, no contractor agreements apply to our work. Only the conditions of Zola Group.

- No refunds, credit notes or compensations apply to custom made or assembled products.

- Removal of objects is at the customer's expense.

- Zola Group has the right to deviate from price calculations in the event of force majeure situations such as unexpected additional work.

- In addition to the installation warranty conditions, our general terms and conditions, product conditions and service conditions also apply.
